In 1980, Scott got his start while working for his uncle’s small janitorial company in Lakewood, Colorado. In 1985, he purchased the company and built it to what it is today. We are responsible for cleaning and maintaining over 4 million square feet for our customers. Scott develops strong relationships with each customer, providing fast response times, personal attention, and regular visits with our management team that each of our customers appreciates. Scott instills these same values and principles in his son and daughter, who bring their own talents and passion to the company and to our customers. Together, we bring a personal touch and family values that are translated to our front-line partners in the field. Our technicians are paid well, and we have nearly zero turnover, resulting in long-term customer relationships and satisfaction with our services. We keep our customers, and with our standard policy of a 30-day notice, we are happy to earn your business every single month!
